毛晓冰 Mark MAO
Mr. Mao Xiaobing was born in Jiangsu in 1963. He is a Chinese national first-class registered architect, a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) and the chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). He has served as an architect at the Jiangsu Provincial Architectural Design Institute, an architect at the China Architecture Technology & Engineering Group Corp., a chief planner at the Shekou Industrial Zone of China Merchants Group, the vice dean of the Shenzhen branch of Tsinghua University Architectural Design and Research Institute, the general manager of China Merchants Architecture Design Co., Ltd., the chairman of Shenzhen City Urban-Rural Development Architecture Design Co., Ltd., the senior vice president of AECOM Group, the CEO of Zhubo Design Co., Ltd., the chief architect of Lvjing Group, and the chief product officer of Hua Yang Nian Group. He is currently the founder and partner, as well as chairman, of E Plus Design Co., Ltd., a director of Guangzhou Wanxi Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., and the honorary dean and visiting professor of Yahe Human Habitat Engineering College at Haikou University of Economics.
Mr. Mao pecializes in the design of super large-scale urban projects, super high-rise integrated buildings, commercial buildings, office buildings, high-end urban and resort hotels, industrial park planning and design, and residential buildings. He has led and participated in major urban design and architectural design projects, and has won national and provincial-level awards for excellent engineering and design multiple times. Mao is a prolific and active renowned architect, as well as a leading entrepreneur in the architecture and engineering design industry. He has led and participated in the leadership of two design enterprises with more than 1,000 employees, and is also the main architect trusted by many large domestic development companies. He has a comprehensive and profound understanding and knowledge of strategic planning, operational management, technological innovation and management, and talent development in the fields of urban planning and architectural design.
毛晓冰先生1963年生于江苏，中国国家一级注册建筑师，香港建筑师学会（HKIA）会员，英国皇家建筑师学会（RIBA）特许会员。历任江苏省建筑设计院建筑师、中国建筑技术发展中心建筑师、招商局蛇口工业区主任规划师、清华大学建筑设计研究院深圳分院副院长、深圳市招商建筑设计有限公司董事总经理、深圳市城脉建筑设计有限公司董事长、美国AECOM集团高级副总裁、筑博设计股份有限公司CEO、绿景集团总建筑师、花样年集团首席产品官。现任易加设计有限公司创始合伙人、董事长，广州万溪企业管理有限公司董事，海口经济学院雅和人居工程学院名誉院长兼讲席教授。
毛晓冰先生专长超大型规模城市设计、超高层综合体建筑、商业建筑、办公建筑、高星级城市酒店及度假酒店建筑、产业园区规划及设计、居住建筑。多次主持、领导重大城市设计与建筑设计元素并多次获得国家级、省级优秀工程设计奖。毛晓冰是一位多产的活跃的著名建筑师，同时也是建筑及工程设计行业领军级企业家，先后参与领导两个千人以上的设计企业，同时还是国内众多大型开发企业信赖的主创建筑师，对城市规划和建筑设计行业的战略规划、运营管理、技术创新与管理、人才培养等维度具有全面和深刻的了解及认识。
Coco previously worked for the renowned American architecture firm Jerde as a Vice President. She has served as the lead designer and design director for various large-scale commercial complexes, hotels, and urban planning projects. With years of design experience in both China and overseas, Coco excels at solving complex site problems, grasping the integrity of large-scale building and comprehensive design, and proposing innovative solutions. She has participated in many international bidding, competition, and commissioned projects, and has received numerous accolades, including the Outstanding Project Award from the American Urban Land Institute and the New Design Gold Award for Asia and the Pacific.
周奕奕曾于美国著名的捷得JERDE建筑师事务所工作多年，任职副总裁，担任多个大型商业综合体、酒店、城市规划设计的主设计师和设计总监。周奕奕具有多年在中国和海外项目的设计经验，擅长解决复杂的地段问题，把握大型建筑和综合体设计的整体性，提出创新的解决方案，参与了多个国际投标，竞赛和委托项目并屡获好评。曾获美国城市土地协会优秀项目金奖、亚洲及太平洋新设计金奖等多个奖项。

周奕奕 Coco ZHOU
Fu Li has served as a Vice Chief Architect and Design Director at Hongkong Huayi Design (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a Director of Design at RTKL Associates International, and an Architect at Eric Owen Moss Architects, among other positions.
Fu Li has multiple backgrounds in architecture, planning, and urban design practice and education. He is skilled at drawing inspiration from historical and cultural traditions of both the Eastern and Western, as well as contemporary lifestyles, to integrate cultural and artistic experiences into commercial and public building design. He is also adept at crossing boundaries between architecture and art, creating space that interweaves with humanistic emotions and elevating the overall value of the city. He has led the planning and architectural design of many projects and won multiple international awards.
李甫曾任职香港华艺设计（深圳）有限公司副总建筑师、主任设计师，RTKL Associate 国际公司主任设计师，Eric Owen Moss 事务所建筑师等。
李甫拥有建筑、规划与城市设计的多重实践与教育背景。擅长从东西方历史文化与当代生活方式中吸取灵感，以文化艺术体验介入商业与公共建筑设计。擅长跨越建筑与艺术边界，创造人文情感交织的空间环境，提升城市整体价值。多次主持城市规划与建筑设计元素并多次获国际奖项。

李甫 Fu LI
Zhe Wang has nearly 20 years of experience in architectural design. He joined the New York office of KPF, one of the world’s most famous architectural firms in 2004 and was promoted to Vice President in 2007. As a principal designer and project manager, he has led and been deeply involved in the design of multiple large-scale projects in China and Asia, including urban planning, mixed-use development projects, Class-A office buildings, ultra five-star hotels, and shopping malls.
Prior to joining KPF, Wang Zhe worked at QPK Design architectural firm in New York State and Ayer Saint Gross architectural firm in Maryland. He has also been invited as a guest reviewer for architecture design courses at Columbia University and New York University, as well as Tsinghua University. His project experience covers multiple fields, including urban design, architecture, and interior design. He is adept at identifying and solving critical project issues, especially in office buildings, urban renovation and mixed-use development design.
Since 2016, Wang Zhe has also served as the Chief Architectural Advisor for Vanke’s commercial real estate department in Beijing, leading the design work for multiple office, commercial, mixed-use, and urban renovation projects.
王哲拥有近20年建筑设计经验，于2004年加入世界最著名的建筑事务所之一KPF纽约办公室，并于2007年升任副总监。作为主创设计师和项目设计师领导和深入参与了多个中国和亚洲大型项目的设计，包括城市规划、多功能开发项目、甲级写字楼、超五星级酒店及商场等。
在加入KPF之前，王哲曾就职于位于纽约州的QPK Design建筑事务所和位于马里兰州的 Ayer Saint Gross建筑事务所，并曾多次应邀作为客座评审参加美国哥伦比亚大学 、纽约理工学院以及北京清华大学的建筑设计课程教学。项目经验涉及城市设计、建筑与室内设计等多层领域，善于寻找和解决项目关键问题，尤其在办公建筑、城市更新及综合体设计上经验丰富。
王哲2016年起兼任北京万科商业地产部顾问总建筑师，主持了多个办公，商业，综合体，城市更新项目的设计工作。

王哲 Zhe WANG
Xin Tian is an experienced architect with over 20 years of practical experience, who has received professional education from well-known architecture schools in China and US. She has practiced at renowned international architectural firms such as GUND Partnership, Rafael Vinoly Architects, and ZNA. She began practicing in China in 2011, as a project leader and principal architect, she has led and participated in the design of multiple hotel resorts, commercial complexes, office buildings, and urban design projects.
Throughout her years of practice, she has maintained her passion for architectural creation and has been committed to expanding and innovation thinking in the field of original design of public architecture through down-to-earth sedimentation and accumulation. In her design work, she upholds a rational attitude, basing her solutions on objective analysis of the rational conditions of each case, in order to provide accurate and effective customized solutions for clients. While devoting herself to the practical field for a long time, she has also been paying attention to the front edge of architectural theory and professional development, maintaining an active mindset and creative drive, striving to present original works.
田欣女士是一位具有中西方知名建筑院校教育背景和10余年实践经验的资深建筑师，她曾实践于美国GUND Partnership，Rafael Vinoly Architects，ZNA 等知名国际建筑事务所，2011年开始在中国实践，作为项目负责人和主创设计师主持参与过多项酒店度假村、商业综合体、办公产业以及城市设计项目。
从业数年来，她始终保持着对建筑创作的热情，通过脚踏实地的沈淀与积累，致力于在原创公共建筑领域的拓展与创新。在设计上她秉持理性态度，以对每个案例客观条件的理性分析为基础，为业主提供准确有效的定制化的解决方案。在长期投身实践领域的同时，她也一直关注于建筑理论和专业领域的前沿发展，保持着活跃的思维和创作上的动力，力求原创性作品的呈现。

周锐 Rui ZHOU
Rui Zhou was born in Hubei province in 1969. He enrolled in the School of Architecture at Tsinghua University in 1986, and received his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in 1991 and Master’s degree in Architecture in 1996. In 1997, he served as the Assistant General Manager of the Asian Representative Office for Peddle Thorp Architects, an Australian architectural design company, and was in charge of the Shenzhen Excellence Blue Coast, Overseas Chinese Town Porto Fino, and Le Méridien Shekou projects.
In 2002, Rui Zhou became the Design Director of Vanke Enterprise Co., Ltd.’s Chengdu branch, where he led projects such as Chengdu Vanke City Garden and Chengdu Vanke Golden Family. In 2004, Rui Zhou founded Shenzhen Tianhe Architectural Design Firm. He is skilled in planning and designing large residential communities, luxury villas, and resort-style buildings. He also has unique insights in urban complexes, office buildings, and urban design.
周锐1969年出生于湖北，1986年考入清华大学建筑学院，1991年获工学学士学位，1996年获建筑学硕士学位。1997年任澳大利亚柏涛建筑设计公司亚洲代表处（PEDDLE THORP ARCHITECTS）总经理助理，担任深圳卓越蔚蓝海岸、华侨城波托菲诺、莱蒙水榭花都项目总负责人。2002年任万科企业股份有限公司成都公司设计总监，主持成都万科城市花园、成都万科金色家园等项目。
2004年，周锐创办深圳天合建筑设计事务所，擅长大型居住社区、豪宅别墅和度假类建筑的规划设计，在都市综合体、办公建筑和城市设计等方面也有独到的造诣。
Zhilin Lv was born in Guangdong in 1970 and graduated from the Department of Architecture at Tsinghua University in 1993. He is a first-class registered architect in China and has worked as an architect at the Shenzhen Branch of the Seventh Institute of Aerospace Ministry, the founding architect of the Shenzhen Branch of the Architecture Research Institute of Tsinghua University, the founding architect of the Citymark Architecture Design(Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and the founder of Shenzhen H&L Architects and Engineers Co. Ltd.
Zhilin Lv is an excellent architect in the Chinese architectural design industry, who has been committed to creating influential and original designs and dedicating a lot of effort to improving design quality. He has created a large number of outstanding architectural works in his more than 20 years of design and project management, accumulating rich experience and winning national and provincial awards for excellent engineering design many times.
吕之林1970年生于广东，1993年毕业于清华大学建筑系。中国国家一级注册建筑师。历任航天部七院深圳分院建筑师 、清华大学建筑研究院深圳分院主创建筑师、城脉建筑设计（深圳）有限公司主创建筑师、深圳市瀚旅建筑设计顾问有限公司创始人。
吕之林是中国建筑设计行业优秀的建筑师，一直致力于创作具有影响力和原创性的设计作品，在提高设计质量上倾注大量心血。在二十多年来的设计和项目主持中创作了大批优秀建筑作品，积累了丰富的经验，多次获得国家级、省级优秀工程设计奖。

韩森 Sen HAN
Sen Han was born in Qinghai in 1963 and is a structural engineer. He has served as a structural engineer at the Architectural Design Institute of Northwest University of Architecture and Engineering, the head of structures at the Shenzhen branch of the Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tsinghua University, the head of structures at Citymark Architecture Design (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and one of the founders of Shenzhen H&L Architects and Engineers Co. Ltd.
Sen Han is an outstanding manager and structural designer in the Chinese architectural design industry. He has always been committed to the sustainable development of the enterprise, leading H&L to strive to achieve the design concept of providing customers with comprehensive consulting services. In nearly thirty years of design practice, he has not only achieved excellent results in management, but also with his excellent technical and software abilities, he has presided over and guided the design of a large number of excellent large-scale engineering structures, and has won national and provincial awards for excellent engineering design many times.
韩森1963年出生于青海，结构工程师。历任西北建筑工程学院建筑设计院结构工程师、清华大学建筑研究院深圳分院结构负责人、城脉建筑设计（深圳）有限公司结构负责人、深圳市瀚旅建筑设计顾问有限公司创始人之一。
韩森是中国建筑设计行业优秀的管理者与结构设计师。始终致力于企业的持续性发展，带领瀚旅设计努力实现为客户提供全方位顾问式服务的设计理念。在近三十年的设计实践中，韩森不仅在管理上取得优异成绩，在设计中凭借其优秀的技术和软件能力，主持和指导了大批优秀大型工程结构设计，多次获得国家级、省级优秀工程设计奖。
Lily Jiang graduated from the University of Hong Kong and Tsinghua University, and holds a first-class registered Architect qualification certificate in China. She has worked as Vice General Manager at Shenzhen Huahui Design Co., Ltd., Partner at iDEA (Hong Kong) Architecture Design Firm, Deputy Chief Architect and Chief Operating Officer at Shenzhen OBO Engineering Design Consultant Co., Ltd., and is currently the Founding Partner and CEO of E Plus Design Co., Ltd.
Lily Jiang has been engaged in the architectural design industry for nearly 20 years, with an international vision and rich local practical experience. She has collaborated with many internationally renowned design teams such as ZHA, SOM, KPF, and PCPA, with practices covering a variety of types including super high-rise offices, urban complexes, cultural public facilities, residential and education. She is good at understanding and exploring project demands from a planning perspective, and solving project problems through logical design strategies, achieving win-win outcomes for the city, building, users, and investors. She also has experience in full-process integrated design and general contracting project management, and is skilled at working with excellent professional teams to complete challenging projects.
蒋昌芸女士毕业于香港大学与清华大学，持有中国国家一级注册建筑师资质证书。历任深圳市华汇设计有限公司副总经理、iDEA（香港）建筑设计事务所合伙人、深圳市欧博工程设计顾问有限公司副总建筑师、运营总监等职，现任易加设计有限公司创始合伙人、首席执行官。
蒋昌芸女士从事建筑设计行业近二十年，具有国际化视野和丰富的本土实践经验，曾与ZHA、SOM、KPF、PCPA等众多国际知名设计团队合作，实践涵盖超高层办公、城市综合体、文化公共、居住教育等多种类型。蒋昌芸女士善于从策划角度理解和挖掘项目诉求，并通过具有逻辑性的设计策略解决项目问题，从而实现城市、建筑、使用者、投资方等多方的共赢。蒋女士同时具有全程一体化设计总承包项目管理经验，擅长与优秀专业团队共同完成具有挑战性的项目。

Mark Neem has over 30 years of experience in international large-scale hotel and resort project consulting, management, design, and construction operations. Before joining Aedas, he served as vice president of Fairmont Raffles Hotels International, Marriott International, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and InterContinental Hotels Group. He provided professional services including resort strategic planning, hotel design, and technology solutions for high-quality hotel and resort developments worldwide. During his career, he successfully supervised and operated 99 hotels and resorts, including the Fairmont, Raffles, Marriott, St. Regis, and Luxury Collection brands, in North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
Mark Neem先生拥有超过30年的国际大型酒店及度假设施项目咨询管理、设计及建设运营的相关经验，加入易加设计前曾履任费尔蒙莱弗士酒店管理集团、艾美酒店管理集团、喜达屋酒店和洲际酒店管理集团副总裁，为全球范围内的高品质酒店及度假开发提供包括度假设旅战略定位规划、酒店设计以及技术解决方富在内的专业服务。专业生涯中有99间酒店及度假村在他的监督运营下成功落地开业，项目遍及北美、拉丁美洲、加勒比海、欧洲、非洲、中东和亚洲地区，其中包括莱弗士、费尔蒙、艾美、瑞吉、喜达屋豪华精选酒店系列。
