Beijing Daxing Oakwook Residence is located near the Yihezhuang Station on Line 6 of the Beijing Subway. The above-ground construction scale is approximately 16,000 square meters, featuring 165 guest rooms including single rooms, one-bedroom suites, and two-bedroom suites, among other room types.

北京大兴奥克伍德雅居酒店项目临近地铁6号线义和庄站，地上建筑规模约1.6万平方米，有165间客房包括单间、一居套房及两居套房等多种房型。

This project represents an urban renewal initiative where the existing building was taken over by new owners and a hotel brand, necessitating a comprehensive indoor and outdoor renovation and upgrade. The design team conducted an overall renovation and enhancement of the original building's main entrance facade, the site's platform landscape environment, and the VIP reception area. At the outset of this renovation, the owner did not specify particular renovation requirements, and the dynamic design process also served to clarify the design tasks. Through an in-depth understanding of the existing boundary conditions, we gradually worked with the owner and the hotel operator to define the scope of the renovation, the renovation objectives, and to focus on the key design elements.

本项目是一次城市更新，原有建筑被新业主和酒店品牌方接手后，需要一次全面的室内外改造升级。设计团队对原建筑的重要入口立面，场地平台景观环境以及VIP接待空间进行了一次整体改造提升。在这次改造的初始业主并未提出具体改造要求，动态设计过程同时也是明确设计任务的过程。通过对现状边界条件的深入理解，我们逐步和业主方，酒店运营方共同明确改造范围、改造目标，聚焦设计重点。
